Kajeet and Heddian Announce Strategic Agreement to Accelerate Private Wireless Deployments

Heddian to acquire Kajeet’s private wireless deployment business as Kajeet sharpens its focus on Sentinel®, the orchestration platform powering partner-led private wireless networks

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kajeet^®, a leading provider of managed IoT connectivity and wireless solutions, and Heddian, a trusted provider of mission-critical communications infrastructure and managed services with deep expertise in private LTE and 5G networks, today announced an agreement under which Heddian will acquire Kajeet’s private wireless deployment business. Kajeet will license its Sentinel connectivity management platform to Heddian, keeping Sentinel at the center of the networks Heddian will deploy, operate, and support.

Under the agreement, Heddian takes over support for existing private wireless customers and leading new deployments, customer support, deployment planning, implementation resources, and the acquired pipeline of future opportunities. The transition is designed to provide continuity for current customers while pairing them with Heddian’s focused expertise in RF design, site builds, and physical deployment.

Over the past several years, Kajeet has built one of the market’s most advanced private wireless practices, spanning neutral host networks, hybrid private/public networks, and multi-operator core networks. As the ecosystem matures, Kajeet is concentrating its investment in Sentinel — the orchestration layer that provides partners with device, data, and network visibility and control across private wireless and neutral host environments — while deployment specialists like Heddian build on the platform.
